The very fine stone-ground corn flour is ideal for preparing batters for vegetables, meat and fish. Also recommended for delicious sweet pancakes, crepes and savory or sweet crepes. The particular, very fine grain, due to sifting, means that the batter obtained is soft, puffy, crunchy and pleasantly golden, for a tasty and at the same time light fried food.

It is also naturally gluten-free
