These general conditions regulate purchases of goods or services.

The conditions will be considered accepted with the sending of the order.
OBJECT
These General Conditions govern contracts for the sale or supply of our goods and services.
We invite you to read any special conditions concerning individual goods or services, which you can find directly in the product sheet.
METHOD OF CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
You will have to insert the chosen product into the appropriate cart through www.mulinomarello.com (domain owned by the company Azienda Agricola Marello di Marello Guido) you will then have to fill in the form and send the order.
Once the order has been sent, an electronic order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
The contract will be concluded, and the purchase order binding, only when you receive our order confirmation: in any case, the successful completion of payment is reserved.
PRICES
The prices applicable to each sale are established by www.mulinomarello.it (domain owned by the company Azienda Agricola Marello di Marello Guido), variable at any time and valid in any case at the time of publication on the relevant html pages.
Pursuant to the articles. 1341 – 1342 Civil Code the signatory to the contract declares to have read and specifically accept the clauses and general contract conditions mentioned above.
All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website www.mulinomarello.com for which they constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Civil Code, are inclusive of VAT. to 4%.
Prices do not include transport costs, nor any further charges (taxes, etc.), which will be reported separately and paid by the customer.
DELIVERY
The product will be delivered to the carrier as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs are your responsibility.
They vary according to the delivery method.
The delivery terms that you find indicated in the "shipping costs" section are not binding.
They indicate the period of time that can normally be assumed to be necessary for the goods to be delivered to you.
Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any damage resulting from delay in delivery.
The material travels at the risk of the customer.
RESPONSIBILITY AND COMPLAINTS
The Marello Agricultural Company assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the agreed times. Azienda Agricola Marello will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs suffered as a result of failure to execute the contract for the causes mentioned above.

BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
The buyer undertakes and obliges, once the "online" purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which, moreover, he will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the purchase, as well as the specifications of the product being purchased. The buyer is strictly prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data and the e-mail must contain exclusively your real personal data and not those of third parties, or fictitious ones. It is expressly forbidden to make double registrations corresponding to a single person or enter data of third parties. The Marello Agricultural Company reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, amending Directives 93/13/EEC and 1999/44/EC and repealing Directives 85/577/EEC and 97/7/EC, the buyer (understood as a natural person who, in relation to this contract, acts for purposes not related to any professional activity carried out) has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 working days of receipt of the requested goods by registered mail or e-mail or by sending a certified email to
The right of withdrawal does not apply:

a) to contracts for the supply of foodstuffs, drinks or other goods for domestic use for daily consumption supplied to the consumer's home, place of residence or place of work by distributors who make frequent and regular rounds;
b) to contracts for the supply of services relating to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure, when upon conclusion of the contract the professional undertakes to provide these services on a specific date or in a pre-established period. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases:

a) for the supply of services whose execution began, with the agreement of the consumer, before 10 working days from the conclusion of the contract;
b) the supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in financial market rates that the commercial operator is unable to control;
c) the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly;
d) the supply of sealed audiovisual products or computer software opened by the consumer;
e) supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines;
f) betting and lottery services.
If you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, within 14 days of receiving the goods (the date of the registered letter or certified e-mail will prevail) you will have to return the goods at our expense ( the transport costs for returning the products are at our expense, while those for any other delivery due to product exchange are at the customer's expense ) – in its original packaging – at Azienda Agricola Marello di Marello Guido, Via Pontestura, 80 15020 Camino (AL), indicating the bank details for the refund.
In case of withdrawal, the sums previously paid by you for the returned product will be sent by bank transfer.
Violation of the terms and methods indicated above implies the ineffectiveness of the withdrawal.
The consumer cannot exercise this right of withdrawal for contracts for the purchase of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly; similarly, products intended for the preparation of food cannot be returned if they have been used
Upon arrival in our warehouse, all returned products will be carefully examined in order to check for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
We remind you that, for the purposes of delivery of the purchased good, you will have to enter your complete address in the Order Form, also specifying the house number.
If the delivery address is different from that of the person making the payment or in any case it is necessary to integrate the information contained in the personal data with other information, such information must be communicated, together with the street and number, within the fields of the "delivery address" area.
More precisely, the "name and surname" field can be used to specify the person or intercom to whom you must contact for delivery, while the "address" field can be used to specify the street, house number, building, staircase, floor, interior, if any.
Once you have completed entering your data in the Order Form and expressed your consent to the processing of your data, you can send the order.
Electronic order confirmation
Once your Purchase Order has been sent, our systems will proceed to carry out the necessary checks.
Once the verification phase has been completed, Azienda Agricola Marello will confirm acceptance of the order.
