INFORMATION PROVIDED PURSUANT TO ART. 13-14 OF THE GDPR (GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION) 2016/679.
According to the legislation indicated, this processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR 2016/679, the data controller is Marello Guido as owner of the Marello Agricultural Company (owner of the Mulino Marello brand), therefore, we provide you with the following information:
Personal data (name, surname, telephone, e-mail address, credit card for online payments) will be required to complete the purchase order of our products (online on the website www.mulinomarello.com, via email or telephone) and their shipping, for private individuals and for companies with VAT number.
a) They will be used to carry out the relevant accounting procedures (invoices or transport documents, payment) and for transport procedures (shipping notes), for any communications, promotions, various notices. Personal data such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail will be used and therefore reported to the couriers for shipping procedures.
b) We inform you that, taking into account the purposes of the processing as illustrated above, the provision of data is mandatory for online orders and for orders via e-mail/telephone where the products require shipping.
c) For purchases made at our Camino office, consent to data processing is mandatory only for companies with a VAT number or for those who request an invoice (instead of the receipt).
d) Failure to provide them, partially or incorrectly, will result in the impossibility of processing orders
e) The processed data will be kept in the database at the Marello Agricultural Company and processed by the Data Controller Marello Guido and his representatives.
f) Some data (name, address, tax code and/or VAT number) will be communicated to third parties such as:
– couriers for shipments of products carried out;
– accounting firm for carrying out the relevant accounting procedures required by law (VAT declaration, income, etc.) via invoices.
g) The interested party has the right to (Art. 7):
1. to oppose the processing;
2. to obtain the modification of the data;
3. to obtain the deletion of the data;
4. to revoke consent;
5. to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).
In cases 1/3/4 the processing of orders cannot be completed (Ref. Point 1 and point c)
h) For online orders on our site www.mulinomarello.com, the interested party can access their profile with their credentials (after registration) and make changes to their data.
i) If the order is placed via email or telephone, the modification/cancellation request must be made via:

l) The processing will be carried out both with manual and/or IT and telematic tools with organization and processing logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data themselves in compliance with the organisational, physical and logical measures envisaged by the provisions in force.
