BATTER WITH CORN FLOUR

Ingredients
300 ml of cold sparkling water (alternatively 1/2 eggs)
Salt just enough
Plenty of oil for frying
Procedure

Place the corn flour in a bowl and add a pinch of salt.

Begin to slowly add a little carbonated water and mix with a whisk or fork until the batter has a soft and homogeneous consistency (like puree).

Use the batter to fry vegetables, meat or fish.
