Our flour for polenta craved a thick grain gluten free is a mixture of fine varieties of corn and ancient native Piedmontese varieties. They are very colorful and aromatic, with an intense flavour, to be accompanied with meat stews, mushrooms, roasts, caggiagioni, also excellent on their own.

Ingredients: blends of fine glassy corn with ancient native Piedmontese varieties such as red pignoletto, yellow ottofile, stone-ground local island.
POLENTA WITHOUT MIXING : It is not necessary to stir the polenta all the time, but only for the first few minutes so as not to form lumps.
