Our wholemeal gluten-free polenta flour a medium grain it's a mixture of fine varieties of corn and ancient native Piedmontese varieties. They are very colorful and aromatic, with an intense flavour, to be accompanied with meat stews, mushrooms, roasts, game, and also excellent on their own.
GLUTEN-FREE POLENTA RECIPE

Flavour: delicate and creamy on the palate

Ingredients: blends of fine glassy corn with ancient native Piedmontese varieties such as Pignoletto Rosso, Ottofile Giallo and Nostrano dell'Isola, stone ground.
POLENTA WITHOUT MIXING : it is not necessary to stir the polenta all the time, but only for the first few minutes so as not to form lumps.
