Ingredients: blends of fine glassy corn with ancient native Piedmontese varieties such as red pignoletto, yellow ottofile and local island variety, stone ground.
POLENTA WITHOUT MIXING : it is not necessary to stir the polenta all the time, but only for the first few minutes so as not to form lumps.
