GLUTEN-FREE WAFFLES

Ingredients

200 g of Mulino Marello fine rice flour ( or Mixture of natural flours for Mulino Marello cakes)

2 eggs

60 g of sugar

70 g of butter

300 ml of milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

half a teaspoon of yeast (optional)

Procedure

Whip the egg whites gently.

Separately, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, add the warmed melted butter, then add the egg whites, milk, flour, vanillin and yeast and mix until you obtain a creamy mixture.

Pour the mixture little by little into the griddle and cook for about 5 minutesi.

Let cool and serve with maple syrup or jam.

  • Salve, per fare i waffel io non ho la piastra ma gli stampini in silicone…posso usare ugualmente questa ricetta? Come variano i tempi di cottura in forno?
