SWEET SEMOLINA

Ingredients for 4 people
Rice flour for frying Marell Millor to taste for frying
500 ml of milk
2 eggs
50 g of sugar
1 lemon peel
Seed oil for frying
Procedure

Grate the lemon zest. Boil the milk with the sugar and pour in the semolina, adding the lemon zest. Mix and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Spread the mixture on a flat base or a baking tray and let it cool, then cut it into diamonds. Then beat the eggs in a bowl, put a little rice flour for frying on a separate plate, dip the turbot first in the egg and then in the aforementioned flour.

Heat the seed oil in a pan and fry the semolina diamonds until they are well colored on both sides.

Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
