Our gluten-free flours and blends THEY DO NOT CONTAIN THICKENERS, GUMS, STARCHES AND ADDED SUGAR.

Inside each flour and mixture you will find only and exclusively rice, corn, sorghum and buckwheat flours depending on the recipe to be made.
Each blend of natural flours is designed for a particular recipe, for pizza and focaccia, for cakes, for tarts and biscuits, for breading, for pasta, for crepes and for unleavened bread.
The peculiarity is given by the variety of cereals chosen, the grain, the slow drying with zero environmental impact and the stone grinding.
The cereals are grown on our farm, taking care of all processing phases from the field to the finished package.
