SALTY WAFFLES

Ingredients for 3 waffles 

100g Mix of natural flours for Mulino Marello cakes

2 eggs

½ teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon fine salt

60 ml milk

60 ml rice oil (alternatively seed oil)

25ml water 

Procedure 

Break two eggs into a bowl, add half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda, a teaspoon of fine salt, 60 ml of milk, 60 ml of rice oil and mix with a hand whisk.

Gradually add 100 g of Mulino Marello cake mix, sift it and mix until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is created. 

Turn on the waffle iron at maximum power.

As soon as it reaches temperature, pour a third of the mixture into the mold, leveling it well. 

Close the lid, lower the temperature to half power and leave to cook for approximately one and a half to two minutes depending on the preferred degree of browning. 

Stuff with salmon slices, Greek yogurt, pink pepper and dill.
