SALTY CREPES

Ingredients 

280g Flour mix for Mulino Marello Crepes

500 ml milk

3 medium whole eggs

A teaspoon of fine salt

40 g butter (for greasing the pan) 

Procedure 

Place the whole eggs in the bowl of a stand mixer and beat them with a whisk.

Add the crepe mix, milk, salt and work until you create a smooth and homogeneous dough 

Heat a non-stick pan.

Grease with a small piece of butter.

Pour a ladle of mixture, tilt and quickly rotate the pan in such a way as to distribute the entire mixture well.

As soon as it is golden, turn the dough onto the other side. Cook until golden brown.

Repeat this operation with all the preparation.

Fill as desired.
