Ingredients
140g Fine sorghum flour Mulino Marello
30 g potato starch
200ml milk
2 medium egg yolks
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
20 g butter (for greasing the pan)
Procedure
Place the Mulino Marello white sorghum flour, starch, milk, sugar, salt, yeast and egg yolks in the bowl of a stand mixer. Work the mixture until it is smooth and homogeneous.
Heat the pan, grease with butter, pour in a ladle of mixture and cook for a couple of minutes, first on one side and then on the other.
Fill as desired.
