COCONUT NUGGETS WITH SORGHUM FLOUR

Ingredients for approximately 20 biscuits
1 egg
80 g brown sugar
80 g seed oil
100 g rapé coconut
1 teaspoon baking powder
chocolate chips 
Processing time:
15 minutes to prepare them
15 minutes for cooking
 
Difficulty: easy
Portions: with this dough you can prepare about 20 biscuits
Procedure
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the sugar with the egg and add the oil.
Add the grated coconut, sorghum flour and a teaspoon of baking powder.
Mix well and finally pour in the dark chocolate chips.
Work the mixture quickly with your hands. Don't worry if it crumbles. Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Form balls the size of walnuts with your hands, trying to compact them well. Arrange them a little spaced apart and cook them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, fan-assisted mode.
Once the time has passed, remove the pan from the oven but let them cool completely before serving.
