CHERRY AND APRICOT CLAFOUTIS

Ingredients for a 24cm baking pan

3 eggs

100 g sugar

100 g Marello mill brown rice flour

grated peel of one lemon

300 g milk

Approximately 600 g of fruit 

Processing time

15 minutes to prepare it

35 minutes of cooking

Procedure

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in fan mode.

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl, add the cold milk, the grated lemon peel, add the Mulino Marello brown rice flour and mix with the whisk.

Cut the apricots in half and remove the stones from the cherries.

Butter a baking tray, arrange all the fruit on the bottom and pour the mixture.

(you can line the mold with baking paper).

Bake in the oven for approximately 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
