GLUTEN-FREE APPLE PIE

INGREDIENTS 
700 g of apples cut into pieces
juice of 1 lemon to taste
90 g of butter
80 g of sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 whole eggs
1 glass of milk
grated zest of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons of seed oil
PROCEDURE 

Peel and slice the apples into small pieces, adding the juice of a lemon to prevent them from becoming dark.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.

Separately, beat the egg yolks with the sugar, then the softened butter and whip, pour in a glass of milk and mix until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous.

Add the cake mix, baking powder, grated lemon zest and beaten egg whites.

Finally add the cut apples to the mixture, mix and pour the cake mixture into a buttered and floured cake tin.

Cover the surface of the cake with apple slices 

Cook in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 180°C.

Let cool and serve.
