BLUEBERRY JAM TART

Ingredients

500gr of Natural Flour Blend for Tarts and Biscuits

180g of butter

90 g of granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder 

Grated peel of 1 lemon 

3 whole eggs

30 ml of water

4 tablespoons organic blueberry jam 

 Procedure 

  1. Knead all the ingredients on a pastry board and, once you have an elastic ball, put it in the fridge for 1 hour. 
  1. Divide the dough into two parts and roll one out with a rolling pin for the base. Fill with the organic blueberry jam and cover with the remaining dough, using the leftovers to decorate with dough balls and hearts. 
  1. Bake at 180° for 25/30 minutes.
