
Ingredients
500gr of Natural Flour Blend for Tarts and Biscuits
180g of butter
90 g of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
Grated peel of 1 lemon
3 whole eggs
30 ml of water
4 tablespoons organic blueberry jam
Procedure
- Knead all the ingredients on a pastry board and, once you have an elastic ball, put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into two parts and roll one out with a rolling pin for the base. Fill with the organic blueberry jam and cover with the remaining dough, using the leftovers to decorate with dough balls and hearts.
- Bake at 180° for 25/30 minutes.
