APPLE PIE WITHOUT DAIRY AND WITHOUT FAT

Ingredients for a cake

4 whole eggs

65 g of sugar + 1 tablespoon for cooking the apples

250 g Mixture of natural flours for Mulino Marello cakes

6 apples

1 sachet of baking powder

Procedure

Peel 3 apples and cut them into small pieces, put them in a pan with a spoonful of sugar and cover with a lid, cook over a very low heat for about 10 minutes (to soften them a little), then let them cool.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until we get a very creamy consistency like whipped cream (they say the eggs write).

Add 250g of cake mix, the yeast sachet and the cooked apples and mix everything well.

Place some baking paper on a baking tray and pour the mixture.

Peel and cut the remaining 3 apples into slices (not too fine) and decorate the cake.

Bake at 150 degrees for 40 minutes in a fan oven.

Remove from the oven and let cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
