FRIED MOZZARELLE WITH CORN FLOUR

Ingredients

Approximately 400 g of mozzarella

2 eggs 1 tablespoon milk

Corn flour Mulino Marello crunchy to taste

oil, salt

white pepper

Procedure

Drain the mozzarella in a colander. Mix the corn flour with a pinch of pepper and salt. Beat the eggs with the milk, quickly mix in the mozzarella and then bread them carefully, making sure the flour adheres well.

In a large pan, heat plenty of oil and fry the mozzarella. Remove them with the perforated spatula, dry them well on absorbent kitchen paper. 

Arrange them on a serving plate and serve them hot at the table.
