INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
2 ounces of mature cheese to taste
Gluten-free corn flour for breading La Croccante Mulino Marello to taste
1 very finely grated clove of garlic
1 teaspoon thyme
1 pinch of salt - seed oil for frying
PROCEDURE
Mix the eggs and salt them, add the thyme and garlic.
Cut the toma into "cubots" about 2 cm wide and 3cm long.
Heat the oil in a pan seeds, dip the cheese first in the egg and then in the corn flour, fry on both sides until you obtain a nice browning, but be careful not to melt the cheese.
Place them on a plate with absorbent frying paper and serve them hot.
