Do you know the history of our logo?
The 5-cob flower recalls the 5 varieties of corn that we use for our gluten-free flours, including 3 ancient varieties Piedmontese.
Pignoletto red, Ottofile yellow and Nostrano dell'isola, very colorful and aromatic corn, their color varies from dark red to light orange.
Our color is born from the red Pignoletto... burgundy, a color that we love very much because it is very warm and enveloping.
The light ivory, by contrast, is very natural and relaxing and recalls the colors of our flours and natural blends.
