Our buckwheat flour comes from the grinding of hulled buckwheat, i.e. stripped of the first layer of peel, this allows us to have a very light flour and a persistent but not too much flavour.
The fine grain also allows us to work well in the dough, which makes our flour very versatile in various savory recipes, fresh pasta, desserts and snacks.
Buckwheat flour how to use it
It can be used alone to prepare crepes, pancakes, wraps, unleavened breads, biscuits, cakes, tarts, or mixed with other flours according to your tastes.
