BUCKWHEAT WITH COURGETTES

Doses for 4 people

Ingredients

250 g of Il Saracenotto Mulino Marello

2 medium courgettes

half an onion

1 clove of garlic, olive oil to taste

salt to taste

water or broth to taste

Procedure

Wash the Saracenotto in warm water. In a pan, brown the garlic and onion that you have cut and a little oil. Add the Saracenotto and the water (or broth), cook for about 10 minutes, checking that there is no shortage of water or broth. Serve hot.

You can also boil it in salted water for about 10 minutes and prepare a cold salad.
