SPONGE CAKE

Ingredients
For a sponge cake mold with a pan measuring approximately 30x22 cm
4 eggs
100 g sugar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 sachet of baking powder
Procedure

Break the eggs into a bowl and whip them with the help of the whisk. Add the sugar little by little until well blended, continuing to mix.

Add the flour a little at a time, continuing to mix, until you obtain a smooth and fluffy dough. Finally add the baking powder and mix.

Pour the mixture into an oiled pan with the base lined with 30x22 cm baking paper.

Bake at 180° for 30/35 minutes.

You can fill the sponge cake as you like.
