SOFT STRAWBERRY BISCUITS WITHOUT GLUTEN

Ingredients

1 egg

70 g sugar

100 ml of seed oil

30 ml of lemon juice

250 g of Mulino Marello Brown Rice Flour

180 g of strawberries

8 g of baking powder 

Procedure 

Clean and cut the strawberries into small pieces and set aside. 

In a bowl we begin to whisk the egg with the sugar. Add the seed oil and lemon juice and continue mixing. We incorporate the flour, the yeast and finally the previously cut strawberries. 

Let's now prepare the biscuits by taking a small portion of the dough and forming them into balls. 

We turn on the air fryer at 180° shortly beforehand, place the biscuits on the baking paper and cook for 10 minutes, then turn them over and cook for another 5 minutes. 

Let it cool then serve. 

If you want to bake them, 180° static for 20/25 minutes.
