The grain is very fine and the color light hazelnut, very rich in fiber and proteins.
It derives from a particular variety of hulled white sorghum, grown directly on our farm in Piedmont.
Our sorghum flour, like all our single flours and flour mixes, are certified gluten-free, do not contain preservatives, gums, starches and added sugars!
