Our fine-grained sorghum flour is ideal for the preparation of sweet and savory dishes.

The grain is very fine and the color light hazelnut, very rich in fiber and proteins.

It derives from a particular variety of hulled white sorghum, grown directly on our farm in Piedmont.

Our sorghum flour, like all our single flours and flour mixes, are certified gluten-free, do not contain preservatives, gums, starches and added sugars!
