MUG CAKE APPLES AND RAISINS

Ingredients for 2 people

30 g of Mulino Marello fine corn gluten-free flour for desserts 

30 g of Mulino Marello brown rice flour  

2 tablespoons of sugar

20 g of butter

20 g of milk

1 egg

Half a teaspoon of baking powder

2 tablespoons of raisins

Half an apple

Procedure

Combine the flour, sugar, butter, egg, milk and mix.

Add the yeast and mix.

Pour the mixture into the 2 cups, slightly sinking the apple cubes and distribute the raisins on the surface.

Cook in the microwave for about 3 minutes at maximum power.

Check the doneness with a toothpick: if it is almost dry the mug cake is ready!

Tip: leave to cool and consume immediately or prepare the night before and heat for 30 seconds in the microwave before consumption.
