Approximately 330 g of Mulino Marello gluten-free flour mix for pasta
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 medium whole eggs
Salt to taste
Procedure
Insert the flour into the machine, and insert the liquids (eggs and salt) into the measuring cup.
Choose the desired shape using the appropriate molds provided and create your pasta.
Start the dough program depending on the type of machine.
Cook for 5 minutes and season to taste.
