FLAT UNRISEN BREAD

Ingredients
200 g Mulino Marello unleavened bread mix
50/60 ml water
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fine salt

Procedure

Place all the ingredients in a planetary mixer and start mixing.
Add the fine salt, the two tablespoons of oil and continue mixing until you obtain a soft and homogeneous dough.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about one centimeter and use a pastry cutter to form a circle which will be our flat bread.
Heat the pan and cook the flat bread on both sides for about ten minutes.
Fill as desired.
