GLUTEN-FREE POLENTA RECIPE

Ingredients: precious glass corn blends with ancient native Piedmontese varieties such as Pignoletto Rosso, Ottofile Giallo and Nostrano dell'Isola, ground to stone.
POLENTA WITHOUT STIRRING: it is not necessary to mix the polenta always, but only the first few minutes in order not to form the lumps.
