Ingredients for 4 persons
330 g c.ca of Mixture of gluten-free flours for pasta Marello Mill
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 average whole eggs
Salt q.b.
Procedure
Insert the flour in the machine, instead insert the liquids in the appropriate measuring measure (egg and salt).

Choose the desired form using the appropriate molds provided and create your paste.
Start the dough program depending on the type of the machine.
Cook for 5 minutes and season for pleasure.
