Coconut pepper with sorghum flour

Ingredients for about 20 biscuits
1 egg
80 g brown sugar
80 g seed oil
100 g Cocco Rapè
1 teaspoon of baking powder
chocolate chips

15 minutes to prepare them
15 minutes for cooking

Portions: with this dough about 20 biscuits are prepared
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
In a bowl, work the sugar with the egg and add the oil.
Add the Rapè coconut, sorghum flour and a teaspoon of baking powder.
Mix well and finally pour the drops of dark chocolate.
Work the mixture with your hands quickly. Don't worry if it crumbles. Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Form with the hands of the balls as large as walnuts, trying to compact them well. Arrange them a little spaced with each other and bake them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, ventilated mode.
After the time, remove the pan from the oven but let them cool completely before serving.
