30 g potato starch
200 ml milk
2 egg yolks medium
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
20 g butter (to butter the pot)
In the planetary bowl put the white sorghum flour Marello mill, the starch, milk, sugar, salt, yeast and egg yolks. Work the mixture until it is smooth and homogeneous.
Heat the pan, grease with butter, pour a ladle of dough and cook for a couple of minutes first from one side then on the other.
