Ingredients for a 24 cm pan

3 eggs

100 g sugar

100 g Mulino Marello full rice flour

grated peel of a lemon

300 g milk

About 600 g of fruit

Processing time

15 minutes to prepare it

35 minutes of cooking

Method

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees in ventilated mode.

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl, add the cold milk, the grated lemon peel, add the marello Mulino rice flour and mix with the whisk.

Cut the apricots in half and remove the cherry cherry.

Grease a pan, arrange the whole fruit on the bottom and pour the mixture.

(you can line the mold with parchment paper).

Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
