Ingredients for 3 waffles

100g Mix of natural flours for Marello mill cakes

2 eggs

½ teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate

1 teaspoon salt up

60 ml milk

60 ml rice oil (alternative seed oil)

25 ml water


Break two eggs in a bowl, add half a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate, a teaspoon of salt up, 60 ml of milk, 60 ml of rice oil and mix with a hand whip.

Gradually add 100 g The Mill Mill Mill Mill sifting it and mix up to create a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Turn on the waffle plate at maximum power.

As soon as he arrived at a temperature, pour a third of the mixture inside the mold leveling well.

Close the lid Lower the temperature to half the power and let cook for about a minute and a half / two depending on the degree of favorite gilding.

Stuff with salmon slices, Greek yogurt, pink pepper and dill.
