INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PERSONS
2 ects of cheese seasoned to pleasure
Maize gluten-free flour for breadmaking The Crunchy Marello Mill q.b.
1 fine grated garlic spike
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 pinch of salt - seed oil for frying
PROCEDURE
Mix your eggs and salt them, add the thyme and garlic.
Cut the “cubotti” tome of about 2 cm wide and3 cm long.

Heat the oil of a panSeeds, pass cheese first in the egg and then corn flour, fry both sides until you get anice gilding, but be careful not to melt cheese.
Place them in a dish with frying towel and hot serfs.
