2 medium zucchini
1 clove of garlic, olive oil q.b.
salt to taste
water or broth q.b.
Wash the Saracenotto in warm water. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion you have cut and a little oil. Add the Saracenotto and the water (or broth), cook for about 10 minutes, checking that there is no lack of water or broth. Serve hot.
You can also boil it in salted water for about 10 minutes and prepare a cold salad.
