RISOTTO TO PORCINI MUSHROOMS

250 g of WHITE CARNAROLI RICEorINTEGRAL CARNAROLI RICE Mill Marello
half a glass of white wine
50 g of butter
oil q.b. -salt q.b. -pepper q.b.
grated cheese q.b.
Clean the mushrooms well. Finely chopped the staircase and put it to suffer in little oil, when it will have become transparent add the rice and make it toasted for a few minutes.
