Ingredients for a cake
4 whole eggs
65 g of sugar + 1 tablespoon for cooking apples
1 sachet of yeast for sweets
Peel 3 apples and slice them to pieces, put them in a pan with a spoon of sugar and cover with a lid, cook with very low flame for about 10 minutes (to soften them a little) after you let them cool.
Beat the eggs with sugar until we get a very creamy consistency like mounted cream (eggs are said to write).
Add 250 g of cake mixture, yeast sachet and cooked apples and mix all well.
Put some oven paper in a pan and pour the compound.
Peel and slice (not too fine) the remaining 3 apples and decorate the cake.
Bake at 150 degrees for 40 minutes in a ventilated oven.
Bake and let cool, sprinkle with veil sugar and serve.
