SOFT COOKIES TO GLUTEN-FREE STRAWBERRIES

Ingredients

1 egg

70 gr sugar

100 ml of seed oil

30 ml of lemon juice

250 gr of Mulino Marello full rice flour

180 gr of strawberries

8 gr of sweet yeast

Method

We clean and cut the strawberries into small pieces and keep aside.

In a bowl we start whipping the egg with the sugar. Add the seed oil and lemon juice and continue mixing. We incorporate the flour, the yeast and finally the previously cut strawberries.

We now prepare the biscuits by taking a small portion of the dough and form balls.

We light the air fryer just before 180 °, put the biscuits in parchment paper and cook for 10 minutes then turn them and cook another 5 minutes.

We leave to cool then we serve.

If you want to make them in the oven, 180 ° static for 20/25 minutes.
