SOFT COOKIES TO GLUTEN-FREE STRAWBERRIES

Ingredients

1 egg

70 gr sugar

100 ml of seed oil

30 ml of lemon juice

250 gr of Rice flour Mulino Grain Marello

180 gr of strawberries

8 gr of yeast for sweets

Proceedings

We clean and cut into small pieces the strawberries and keep aside.

In a bowl we start to mount the egg with the sugar. We add the seed oil and lemon juice and continue to mix. We incorporate the flour, yeast and finally the strawberries previously cut off.

We now prepare the biscuits by taking a small portion of the dough and we form balls.

Let us light the air fryer shortly before 180 °, adjust the biscuits in the baking paper and make it cook for 10 then we then turn them in and cook another 5.

Let us cool then we serve.

If you want to make them in the oven, 180 ° static for 20/25.
