LUTIN WITHOUT PASTLE

Ingredients
approximately 300 ml of cold gas water
Get up enough
Abundant oil for frying
Procedure

In a bowl put corn flour and add a pinch of salt. Start adding a little gased water flatly and mix with a whip or fork until the batter has a soft and homogeneous texture (poreous type). Use batter to fry vegetables, meat or fish.

NOTE GOOD

Gluten intolerants and celiacs must verify that all other ingredients that they add have labelled the wording without gluten.
