Batter with corn flour

About 300 ml of cold carbonated water (alternatively 1/2 eggs)
Salt enough
Abundant oil for frying

In a bowl put the corn flour and also add a pinch of salt.

Start adding a little carbonated water slowly and mix with a whisk or fork until the batter has a soft and homogeneous consistency (puree type).

Use the batter to fry vegetables, meat or fish.
