Mug Cake apples and raisins

Ingredients for 2 people

30 g ofGluten-free maize flour for sweets Mill Marello

30 g ofIntegral rice flour Marello mill 

2 tablespoons of sugar

20 g of butter

20 g of milk

1 egg

Half teaspoon of baking powder

2 tablespoons of raisins

Half apple

Method

Join the flour, sugar, butter, egg, milk and mix.

Add the yeast and mix.

Pour the dough into the 2 cups sifting the apple cubes slightly and distribute the raisins on the surface.

Cook to the microwave for about 3 minutes at maximum power.

Check the cooking with a toothpick: if it is almost dry, mug cake is ready!

Tip: Allow to cool and consume immediately or prepare the night before and heat for 30 seconds in the microwave before consumption.
