Rice salad with chickpeas and mushrooms under 'oil

Ingredients for 2 people

160 g ofCarnaroli Mill Rice Marello

230 g of pre-cooked chickpeas

Oil mushrooms Q.B.

Green beans Q.B.

salt

Method

Boil the rice, steam the green beans and rinse the chickpeas.

Combine everything in the salad bowl, add the mushrooms, to taste oil and salt.

Allow to rest at least ten minutes before consumption.
